PUNTO LIMPIO CERTIFICATION

The “Clean Point” certification program promoted by the State Government to strengthen good hygienic practices in the tourism sector after the COVID-19 pandemic, is about to complete the second phase with the certification of 200 companies from the five municipalities, previously concluded the first phase with 300 certified companies.

Momentum Realty Luxury Rentals  concluded the process to obtain the quality seal in topics such as cleaning and disinfection protocols for work areas, as well as supervision and business management, among others, in order to offer services and innocuous and safe facilities for the health of our clients and employees.

Within the certification scheme, it is essential that companies have a master plan for cleaning, pest control, cross-contamination control, maintenance of air conditioning systems, maintenance and logs of pool water, microbiological analysis of cleaning water, and much more.

Tourism represents for Loreto an engine of economic and social development, in addition to a source of job creation, so it is important to continue working hand in hand with the private initiative to achieve recovery and at the same time be prepared to face the challenges that they have been imposed on us by COVID-19.
